Some downtime is inevitable. Avoidable downtime is not.
Why we offer it
In this industry, every hour a machine is off the job costs money. Plenty of providers will give you a date; none of them stand behind it. We decided to — because if we're confident enough to promise a completion date, we should be confident enough to back it.
How it works
- We scope and quote your job, and confirm a completion date at booking.
- We complete the work on or before that date.
- If we don't — for a reason within our control — you automatically receive $500 in service credits per eligible working day (Mon–Fri) of avoidable delay.
- Credits are redeemable on any future Kingy's service, inspection or repair.

The honest part
We're specific about what's covered because a guarantee that hides behind fine print isn't worth much. The guarantee applies to the original agreed scope and timeframe, and excludes things genuinely outside our control — additional faults found after work starts, supplier/freight delays, customer-side delays, force majeure and third-party dependencies.
