We hold the manufacturer appointments that matter — and we're brand-agnostic on everything else. So a mixed fleet has one number to call, whether it's a Palfinger loader crane or a Liebherr crawler.
Manufacturer authorisations
- Palfinger Authorised Service Agent (Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions). We install and commission vehicle loading cranes and hook bin loaders, diagnose and repair with manufacturer training and software, and supply genuine Palfinger parts — full lifecycle support to factory standards. Appointed December 2023, reaffirmed January 2026.
- Humma — Regional Service and Sales Provider (appointed by manufacturer DRA Engineering). We service and sell Humma pick-and-carry cranes, and hosted an exclusive Humma MK35T demo day at our Yandina facility for South-East Queensland crane companies.
- Robway Authorised Repairer. We repair, calibrate and retrofit Robway load-limiting and crane computer systems — see electrical, LMI and diagnostics.
Training & technical standing
- Liebherr Liccon 1 & 2 trained technicians.
- OEM-trained on the crane systems we service.
- Extensive knowledge of AS 1418 and AS 2550.
