What we do on site

• Rapid field-service response — our units are on the road daily, and for tier-one clients we've been on site in under 30 minutes for an after-hours breakdown.
• Diagnosis without guesswork — advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software to find the actual fault, not swap parts until it works.
• Repairs completed in the field wherever possible — hydraulics, electrical, engine, driveline, brakes and controls.
• Extensive parts inventory on hand, so the fix happens now instead of waiting days on a supplier.
• A safe path back to service — when a full repair has to wait, we make the machine safe and get you a planned repair pathway so you're not stranded.

How a callout runs

1. You call. We talk it through on the phone, get the machine, fault and location, and give you an honest response time.
2. We mobilise. A field-service unit heads to site with the likely parts already on board.
3. Diagnose on site. We find the root cause, not just the symptom.
4. Repair or make safe. We fix it where we can; if not, we make it safe and set a clear repair plan.
5. Back to work. Machine returned to service, with what we found documented.

Real callouts

• A client hit a catastrophic hydraulic leak on a critical machine. Our technicians were on site fast, sourced the parts and completed the repair — back in operation within six hours, no missed production targets.
• One of Australia's largest non-slewing mobile cranes stopped mid-operation; we travelled to site, diagnosed the root fault, completed the repair and put fleet-servicing measures in place to stop the next one.
• A Gold Coast operator's all-terrain crane developed a hydraulic leak threatening a full shutdown; we mobilised, resealed the system on site, and completed a 1,000-hour service while we were there.
