The terms
Referral fees are 5% of the value of any completed job, up to a job value of $150,000. That puts the maximum referral fee at $7,500.
The job has to be paid in full before a referral fee is paid out.
The fee is calculated on the initial fixed quote only. It excludes any unforeseen costs from additional repairs found once the work starts.
