Service
Servicing that works around your crane, not the other way around. Scheduled servicing, fleet maintenance and component change-outs — done on site inside your availability windows, or in our Yandina workshop, with the parts already on the shelf.
You run cranes that earn their keep, and a service overdue is a breakdown waiting to happen. You need a maintenance partner who turns up when they say, works around your schedule instead of parking a machine for a week, and catches the small things before they become the expensive ones. Whether it's a single slew crane or a mixed fleet with staggered service intervals, this is the work that keeps them compliant, reliable and available.
We load your fleet into our maintenance software with service intervals and compliance due-dates.
When a machine is coming due, our admin team books it in around your operations.
We service to manufacturer spec and run a full defect inspection, documented with photos.
You get a clear report; anything found is quoted transparently before we proceed.
Machine returned, paperwork done, next service already scheduled.
Mobile and slew cranes, crawler cranes, pick-and-carry cranes (Franna, Humma, Tidd), vehicle loading cranes, EWPs, telehandlers, trucks and trailers. Brand-agnostic, with manufacturer software and training where it matters — Liebherr Liccon 1 and 2, Palfinger and Humma among them. We're a Palfinger Authorised Service Agent and a Humma service and sales provider.
Most servicing providers either park your machine for a week or turn up without the parts. We keep an extensive parts inventory on hand so a routine service doesn't stall waiting on a supplier, and we service on site and on afternoon shift so your crane keeps earning. And because we also do the major inspections and rebuilds, we know what a machine looks like across its whole life — the servicing is informed by what actually fails, not a generic checklist.
In 2025 we completed 513 jobs for 390 customers. We service fleets from single machines to multi-brand operations — for SATAKE Group near Allora we carried out a 2,000-hour service and annual inspection on a 25-tonne slew crane as part of their ongoing program; for an SEQ crane hire company we've handled 1,000-hour fleet servicing and breakdown support across their Sennebogen fleet.
Pair servicing with major inspections when a machine is approaching its design working period, preventative maintenance programs to automate the schedule, and mobile and 24/7 breakdown response for when something goes down between services.
At the manufacturer's hour intervals — commonly 250/500/750/1,000/2,000 hours — plus periodic safety inspections. We'll set the right schedule for how hard your machines work.
