Our Workshop & Capability
The "under one roof" promise is only as good as the roof. In August 2023 we moved into a much larger, purpose-built facility at Yandina, built to strip, inspect and rebuild large cranes properly — and kitted out to match.
The facility
- 38-tonne Bluetooth vehicle hoists — to lift and hold serious machines safely.
- Automatic parts washers and premium tooling throughout.
- Room for large cranes — the largest we've stripped and inspected in the workshop to date was a Tadano GR800EX.
- Two cranes kept on site — available to support your job or for hire when available.
In-house capability (why scopes hold)
Everything a major inspection or rebuild needs is in the one place, so machines don't sit waiting on other trades:
- Inspection and NDT coordination (with independent structural engineers when required)
- Fabrication and machining — including custom subframes
- Line boring of bearing bores to OEM spec
- Hydraulics — cylinders, motors, valving, reseals
- Electrical, diagnostics and manufacturer software (Liebherr Liccon 1 & 2, Palfinger, Robway)
- Engine, driveline and full-life rebuilds
- Testing, certification and sign-off
On site as well as in the workshop
When a machine can't travel, the capability comes to it. We run field-service units daily and mobilise interstate and to remote sites — from the Whitsundays to the Bowen Basin to Kiribati.
